everything was great.. it is a comfortable hotel and good price I did the check in with Raissa and she was very nice.. I did the check out with Tai .. And it was very quick smoothly check out.. thanks for all the stuff

The staff is amazing! so helpful and very kind! the rooms are super nice with a very big beds. The location is good if you want to be in Lapa area which is the party zone.

Friendly and professional staff. Who did their best even if they did not speak English they tried their best to deliver good services, my choice hotel in RIO.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was very central. Staff were extremely attentive, accomodating, friendly and helpful.
